Different transfer solutions to get to Riva Del Garda
Please review the options below carefully to select the most suitable solution for your travel needs.
1. Collective Airport Transfers
Participants can book a transfer from the travel options already scheduled. Please reach out to support@otg.agency in order to book your travels.
Participants who book a collective airport transfer will receive a transfer voucher by email. The voucher includes a summary of the booking, details of the airport pick-up location, and emergency contact numbers.
Standard Pick-up Points
For transfers operated by minivans, drivers will meet passengers at the following locations:
- Verona Airport: Arrival Hall
- Milan Malpensa Airport: Arrival Exit No. 7
- Milan Linate Airport: Arrival Exit No. 7
- Bergamo Airport: Arrival Hall
Drivers will be easily identifiable and will be holding a sign with the passenger's name.
Important Information
In some cases, depending on the number of bookings received, transfers may be operated using a larger minibus rather than a standard minivan. As the meeting point for minibuses differs from the locations listed above, passengers concerned will receive a dedicated email closer to the event with detailed instructions.
Please note that larger minibuses cannot park directly near the arrivals area. In these cases, participants will be directed to a designated meeting point where they will find a vehicle displaying a "DIOXIN" sign on the windshield.

2. Collective Transfers Custom Made
Participants may request a transfer via a dedicated form.
- Requests are collected and grouped based on arrival/departure times
- A customised offer will be provided depending on feasibility
3. Private Transfers
Private transfers are available for participants requiring flexibility or specific timings (e.g. early departures, faculty travel, small groups).
- Door-to-door service
- Flexible scheduling
- On-demand service, therefore offered at higher rates compared to collective transfers
Alternative Travel Options
1. Train via Rovereto
Riva del Garda can also be reached via Rovereto train station, the closest railway hub.
- Approx. 44 minutes by public bus
- Direct connections operated by Trentino Trasporti (lines B332 or B301)
- Departure from the square outside the station
2. Car Rental & Carpooling
Participants may also consider renting a car and coordinating carpooling with colleagues.Most major car rental companies operate directly from each airport, making car rental and carpooling a convenient alternative.
